Banff Pork Seminar acaba de
publicar los textos de todos los trabajos presentados en su edición de 2006, que
se celebró en enero pasado. Esta edición fue la número 35. Banff Pork Seminar es
el Congreso de porcino más importantes que se celebra en Canadá y uno de los de
más conocidos a nivel mundial. El próximo se celebrará en enero de 2007.
